Projects in ArticlesA number of projects got significant boosts from online articles this week. I hope this is a trend but we will have to see.
AVENGERS: IRON MAN MARK VII ARMOR
The Iron Man build of course lead to support for the creator's other projects and appears to have assisted at least a few other super hero projects.
I also hope this showcases the benefit that project creators and fans can get when they attempt to contact media sources to get their projects out there.
Approaching 1k MilestoneThe top three projects from last week all crossed the 1k Milestone this week: Portal Test Chamber, Legolympus , and Desktop Series: Sky-Fi. An incredibly pleasant surprise for me was that my Corellian Defender also crossed into this post 1k arena yesterday.

Deadline ReviewThe next review is March 3rd, 2012. That is 57 days from today. The Exo Suit continue to maintain a rate of support that is consistent with meeting this goal. - The Legend of Zelda Project - is continuing to be buoyed by the rejection of its predecessor. Even the Land-Rover Defender 110 has a slim shot at this review if they can get a surge of support.
Do you want to speed a project up?As Purdue proved, projects can get to 10k much faster than what is shown here. Projects need active fans to accelerate or even keep pace. This link has many examples of how fans can help out their favorite projects.
Days to 10KA quick point of clarification, the Iron Man and T-Rex are not on the chart below. The T-Rex because it only just crossed 200 and Iron Man because the project is too new.
Not on the List? First, I tend to cut off projects after a certain day count, usually 10k. Additionally, I only monitor projects that have at least 200. Projects less than that are a little too volatile for proper assessment. Finally, I track several weeks worth of data to get these numbers, so you might not show up until your project has been post 200 for a few weeks.
