Cuusoo NewsDon't forget to vote for a Cuusoo presentation by Tim Courtney and Paal Smith-Meyer at the upcoming SXSW.
Andy's ProgressUsing the same model as that of all the other projects, Andy is projected to reach completion in 30 days. I don't believe that is the case. Andy is an extreme case of a project that had a very high initial launch followed by a plateau. The 127 support a day average is based on several weeks. Currently Andy has a much lower support rate than that and that diminished rate will likely continue for quite some time.
Don't like how slow a project is going?Give it some indirect support to help speed things up. This link has plenty of examples how. You can also give your favorite project a guest review. Click here for more info.
Project updates?Getting the word out on Project updates can be very hard in Cuusoo. Have you recently updated your project and want to get the word out? Then you can contact me and if I like what you have done, I'll post it in the daily blog. Personally I am planning some pretty serious changes to my Corellian Defender, which you can read about here.
Not on the List? There are so many projects on Cuusoo that I can't keep track of all of them. I do however try to keep an eye on everything above 200 supporters and then post their rate if it is projected for less than 10k days.
My former methodology required me to notice each set cross into the "observation" zone. I had noticed that I kept missing some (like the Batman: Killer Croc's Lair project). I have a new methodology which should reduce any "oversights" in the future.
If a project is above 200 support, scheduled for less than 10k days, then it should start showing up in the report soon, sorry for any oversights.
There is one set of exceptions however and that is Dr.Who and Mario brothers. Cuusoo has stated that they will not produce projects related to these IPs however they have not archived all of these projects. I will not continue to post on these.
